Coaching is normally run at Chicksands Bike Park but can be run at other venues on request.
Whatever your skill level you are and however you want to improve there is a course to suit you.

When attending our courses all participants must ensure their bike is in safe working condition before turning up. Additionally, it is recommended that front suspension forks are used for the intermediate and advanced courses, as this will make the riding easier and more enjoyable. Riders must wear helmet at all times. As the session will last a few hours I also strongly advise you to bring fluids (water, energy drinks etc) to carry in a rucksack and something to eat as we will stop for a ½ hour break on the 4 hour course to give you some time to rest. You will also need to bring a spare inner tube and repair kit.
Please check the weather forecast prior to turning out in order to determine what to wear/bring. A water/windproof jacket is recommended.
